1. Eligibility for Returns

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:

• In their original packaging
• In the same condition in which you received them
Because of health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or contaminated.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain categories cannot be returned, including:
• Used or opened medical supplies
• PPE, masks, or gloves, once the seal is broken
• Sterile items that have been opened
• Clearance or final-sale products

3. Starting a Return

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
• The item arrived damaged
• The wrong item was shipped
• The product was faulty on arrival
In those cases, we will cover the return shipping or provide a replacement at no extra cost.
Please ensure items are packaged securely when sending them back.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

If you need an exchange for the same item or a different size/variant, contact us first so we can confirm availability. Exchanges are processed once the original item has been returned and inspected.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

• Any visible damage
This helps us process the issue faster.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, a standard return will be required.
